Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Principal Architect, Data Product Delivery to lead the design of scalable, secure data and analytics solutions across programs and domains. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of data engineering, solution architecture, or technical design experience with architecture ownership.
• Experience building large-scale enterprise data platforms and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture direction, standards, and reusable components for data ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, and consumption.
• Own architecture diagrams, designs, integration blueprints, data models, and architecture decision records.
• Develop proofs of concept, reference implementations, and reusable patterns to accelerate delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose adoption.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Embed data privacy, governance, and compliance into solution designs with governance teams.
• Mentor engineers and architects through design, planning, and delivery reviews.
• Translate strategic requirements into technical designs and roadmaps with stakeholders.
