Job summary

Ark FinTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Fraud Operations, to lead the fraud prevention, detection, and investigations function within Compliance. You will own the end-to-end program across consumer and business DDAs, setting strategy, writing rules, and guiding escalation and reporting.

You will work directly with the CCO, BSA Officer, and COO, balancing risk, customer experience, and throughput in a flat, startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of direct fraud experience in financial services or tech.
• Expertise across consumer and business fraud typologies and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end fraud program for consumer and business DDAs.
• Set strategy and standards for investigative review and final decisions on high-risk cases.
• Monitor losses, false positives, and adjust rules to balance loss and customer friction.
• Submit UARs to sponsor bank partners with timely, audit-ready records.
• Manage disputes and chargebacks under Reg E and NACHA rules.
• Support CDD and EDD programs when fraud indicators are present.
• Maintain fraud risk assessment, policies, and confidentiality aligned with BSA safe-harbor.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory exams and sponsor-bank reviews.
