Job summary

HubSpot is building a Builder Platform to unite our ecosystem, data platform, and agent capabilities for developers, partners, and go‑to‑market builders.

As Senior Director, Ecosystem Product, you will define and execute the ecosystem strategy powering this vision and lead the developer platform, APIs, MCP strategy, marketplace, and builder experiences that enable customers and partners to build on HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership across large, multi‑team organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling developer platforms, APIs, app marketplaces, or ecosystem products.
• Experience evolving platforms to support AI-powered workflows, agents, MCP-enabled experiences, or agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ecosystem strategy to support HubSpot's Builder Platform vision.
• Shape how agents interact with HubSpot via APIs, MCP, and agent frameworks.
• Drive API parity so customers access HubSpot capabilities consistently UI and programmatically.
• Partner with Data Platform, Partnerships, and Product Hub leaders to create a unified builder experience.
• Develop monetization strategies for APIs, ecosystem products, and agent-powered experiences.
• Lead and develop a senior, multi-team product organization across platform, marketplace, and ecosystem experiences.
• Improve API/MCP quality, documentation, tooling, governance, and platform reliability.
• Define how developers, partners, and go-to-market builders create AI-powered applications and workflows.
• Drive a best-in-class marketplace for ecosystem solutions.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to embed ecosystem solutions.
• Establish operating models and cadences for fast, data‑driven ecosystem innovation.
• Represent HubSpot externally to shape ecosystem strategy and credibility.
