Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Director, Ecosystem Product to define and execute the ecosystem strategy for the Builder Platform. You’ll lead developer platform, APIs, MCP strategy, marketplace, and builder experiences to enable customers, partners, and AI agents to build on HubSpot.

You will shape how first‑party, second‑party, and third‑party agents interact, drive monetization, and lead a senior, multi‑team product organization across platform, marketplace, and ecosystem experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership across large, multi‑team organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling developer platforms, APIs, app marketplaces, or ecosystem products.
• Experience evolving platforms for AI-powered workflows, agents, MCP-enabled experiences, or agent ecosystems.
