• Experience leading high-ambiguity platform or developer ecosystem products.
• Strong product judgment for creation platforms and marketplaces.
• Comfort with code, APIs, and engineering conversations with a focus on AI-assisted creation.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for Reddit's Developer Ecosystem and transition to AI-assisted creators.
• Own the roadmap for developers.reddit.com, including onboarding, docs, app management, analytics, and AI entry points.
• Lead strategy for AI-assisted app creation, no-code/low-code experiences, templates, and scaffold generation.
• Shape an App Marketplace that helps users, moderators, communities, and internal teams discover apps and tools.
• Improve app review and ecosystem operations via automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize core platform capabilities, APIs, SDKs, tooling, and observability.
• Drive successful, retentive apps and games by refining templates and incentives.
• Identify and support new creator and developer categories; collaborate with internal teams to roll out functionality.
• Define feature adoption programs and measure ecosystem health with weekly active developers/creators, CSAT, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevRel, Community, Data, Safety, Legal, Policy, Support, BD, and leadership.
