Job summary

LiveOnNY seeks a Senior Director, Compliance & Donor Safety to lead investigative support and regulatory compliance efforts under the VP. You will oversee staff workstreams, gather and summarize records, and coordinate with leadership to ensure adherence to CMS, NY state, FDA, OPTN, and LiveOnNY SOPs.

The role requires medical terminology knowledge, strong administrative/investigation skills, and the ability to manage complex regulatory compliance initiatives within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative, compliance, legal-support, quality, audit-support, clinical-support, or investigation-support experience in healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Experience collecting and organizing records, maintaining confidential files, tracking deadlines, documenting meetings or interviews.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to summarize clinical and administrative records with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide fact-gathering, administrative support, and organizational oversight per VP direction.
• Coordinate and track corrective actions and responses with assigned leadership, without acting unilaterally.
• Gather, organize, and summarize clinical, regulatory, financial, contracts, and HR records for reviews.
• Assist with directed staff interviews, document responses, and suggest follow-up items.
• Create chronologies, evidence indexes, and organized review files with source-status details.
• Conduct regulatory research using primary sources and prepare factual summaries for leadership.
