Job summary

LiveOnNY seeks a Director of Donation Operations Clinical Practice Development to lead clinical education, governance of the LMS, and regulatory alignment across organ donation and transplantation programs.

In this senior role, you will translate complex clinical practice into workforce training, develop curricula, and support audits. The position requires extensive clinical leadership and strong collaboration with education teams at the LiveOnNY Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or advanced clinical credential with a current, unrestricted license.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience in emergency/urgent care, transplantation, critical care in an Organ Procurement Organization or transplant program.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership in clinical education or healthcare leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop content from operational practice to inform workforce education and training.
• Collaborate with Education and Training to translate knowledge into curricula, modules, simulations, and competency tools.
• Ensure training materials reflect regulatory expectations and real-world practice.
• Support readiness for regulatory surveys, audits and internal governance.
