LiveOnNY Inc. is seeking a Field Case Development Manager to lead Donation Coordinators, collaborate with hospital partners, and oversee donor management and organ placement activities.

You will provide onsite clinical and operational leadership, ensuring evaluations, donor management, and organ recovery meet standards while advancing LiveOnNY’s mission. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor's degree are required.
• Experience in donor management, operating room procedures, and hospital environments is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and team-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource for Case Development staff including team assignment and deployment, assessment and evaluation.
• Participate in donor management, organ placement, and recovery activities.
• Coordinate case evaluation, donor management, organ recovery, and transport in collaboration with hospitals and transplant centers.
• Audit/review outcomes to identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
