LiveOnNY is seeking a Director of Donation Operations Education and Training to lead enterprise education, training strategy, and competency frameworks across regulated donation operations. You will collaborate with department leaders to ensure CMS/OPTN/NY regulatory alignment and audit readiness while advancing workforce development.

The role requires senior leadership experience, extensive LMS expertise, and a commitment to adult-learning principles in a high-stakes healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Ten years designing, governing, and directing education/training in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Five+ years in a senior leadership role directing education programs.
• Extensive LMS experience supporting compliance and workforce readiness.

Responsabilités

• Direct enterprise education and training strategy with leadership collaboration.
• Ensure programs align with CMS/OPTN/OSHA and other requirements; be auditable.
• Oversee curriculum design across onboarding, competency, continuing education, and leadership.
• Develop and govern learning pathways and competency frameworks with SMEs.
• Define metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and regulatory readiness.
• Lead managers and staff; foster continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee LMS and learning tech; ensure audit readiness and complete records.
