LiveOnNY seeks a Quality Nurse Lead to oversee daily operations of the Quality Nurse team. You will guide workflow, ensure timely reviews of deceased patient records for donation potential, and support education and training across the team.

You will monitor performance metrics, coach staff, and escalate issues to the Senior Director of Quality. This exempt role requires strong cross-department collaboration and adherence to CMS, NYS, FDA, OPTN, and LiveOnNY policies.

Formación

• Current RN license in New York state.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience, including chart review.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day oversight and coaching to Quality Nurses to ensure timely, accurate reviews.
• Onboard and educate Quality Nurses; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Track metrics, address backlogs, escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate urgent reviews and corrections with leadership.
• Audit review processes and implement corrective actions with teams.

Conocimientos

RN license NY

BSN

Master’s degree in Nursing

3 years clinical nursing

Chart review experience

Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
