Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring for a Senior-Level Director’s Action Group / Business Operations professional to manage cost, schedule, and performance for DoD acquisitions from commercial, industrial and military perspectives.

Responsibilities include task management, briefing preparation, and collaboration with Space Force/DoD leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience, and TS/SCI clearance. On-site in El Segundo with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Systems thinking and experience in space operations or space battle management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses for DoD acquisitions.
• Interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools to initiate, track and close taskers.
• Prepare briefing slides and advise leadership on deliverables and status.
