Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring experienced program and acquisition management professionals to manage DoD acquisitions from commercial, industrial and military perspectives.

On-site roles include coordinating with Air Force, DoD tools, and leadership to track tasks and deliver Staff Summary Sheet packages. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience (including space programs), and an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including two years supporting a space-related program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Active Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.
• Frequently interact with Air Force and DoD tools such as ETMS2, SMART, and DAMIR to initiate, track and close out tasks.
• Support ongoing and future Air Force Acquisitions using planning, budgeting, and programming skills.
