Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director’s Action Group / Business Operations professional to manage the cost, schedule and performance for Department of Defense acquisitions from the commercial, industrial and/or military perspective.

This senior role supports Space Force acquisitions and requires interaction with Space Force and DoD tools. Responsibilities include daily task review, task management, preparing eSSS packages, briefing leadership, calendars, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.
• Interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools to initiate, track and close out taskers.
• Support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions with planning, budgeting and programming.
• Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks; use TMT & e-mail to retrieve tasks; update tasker database.
• Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of eSSS packages; communicate with leadership at all levels.
• Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership council meetings; advise leadership on status of deliverables.
• Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules; assist with acquisition planning documents and market research.

Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring experienced program and acquisition management professionals to manage the cost, schedule and performance for Department of Defense acquisitions from the commercial, industrial and/or military perspective.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.
• Frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers.
• Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions.

DAG / Business Operations Member will:

• Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks
• Use NIPR & SIPR Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks
• Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each day
• Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages
• Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD)
• Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership council meetings
• Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables
• Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules
• Assist with acquisition planning documents such as acquisition strategies, RFPs and CDRLs
• Assist with performing market research
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00/Year, DOE
