Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a Senior-Level Acquisition and Program Management Support Analyst to provide expert acquisition support to Senior Program Managers across the program lifecycle. The role is based at LA AFB, CA, on-site, with DoD clearance and a focus on pre- and post-contract activities and strategic communications.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in acquisition management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of acquisition management and planning experience in government, DoD, or related contractor fields.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to brief senior DoD leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams on high-visibility tasks.
• Knowledge of DoD budgetary principles and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Major Defense Acquisition Programs and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support for pre- and post-contract award activities.
• Develop and maintain program strategic communication products.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting requirements (PDAA and AIR databases).
• Prepare PMR, QPR, Staffer Day, and POM support materials.
• Coordinate with DoD technical workforce and defense contractors to execute program activities.
