Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Workplace to lead the Microsoft Services-oriented Digital Workplace organization. You will unify Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management into one operational model, drive strategy, and own outcomes across adoption, security, and client value.

You will manage managers and practice leaders, develop repeatable offerings, and align investments to business goals, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable client outcomes across Work IQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, digital workplace, organizational change, or related Microsoft practices.
• 5+ years leading managers, directors, senior technical leaders, or multi‑discipline delivery organizations.
• Track record of partnering across sales, presales, project management, managed services, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications may include Microsoft 365, Teams, Endpoint Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Prosci, CCMP, or comparable workplace and change management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a unified direction for Digital Workplace, connecting multiple domains through one operating model.
• Translate Microsoft investments into a SHI services roadmap and investment agenda.
• Build modular, repeatable offerings that connect workplace technology, secure access, adoption, and value realization.
• Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning collaboration, migrations, identity, endpoint, security, adoption, and change management.
• Grow Digital Workplace services revenue by improving solution relevance and expanding client relationships.
• Serve as an executive advisor to enterprise clients, translating priorities into workplace technology and change roadmaps.
