Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Director - Digital Workplace to lead growth, delivery, and strategy for the Digital Workplace practice. You will build an integrated portfolio spanning Microsoft 365, Copilot, endpoint management, and security while partnering with sales and delivery teams to shape solutions and drive high-value engagements.

You will lead a team of architects, consultants, and delivery leaders, setting governance and adoption standards and translating Microsoft roadmaps into compelling

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration, consulting, systems integration, or related fields.
• 8+ years in formal, progressive leadership roles in consulting, architecture, engineering, or professional services organizations.
• Proven success developing and selling consulting services while owning or influencing pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Strong executive communication and client advisory skills with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Digital Workplace practice.
• Build a qualified pipeline that supports bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through objectives.
• Partner with Microsoft, Cognizant, and Sales teams to identify and shape strategic workplace transformation opportunities.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, HR leaders, CISOs, and business executives.
• Position Digital Workplace as a strategic business transformation capability that improves employee experience, productivity, collaboration, and adoption.
