Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Workplace to drive strategy and delivery across Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management within Microsoft Services. You will own maturity, solutions, headcount, and client outcomes, leading managers and practice leaders to deliver secure, adopted workplace technology across Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

The role aligns Work IQ investments to a scalable operating model, focusing on delivery excellence, talent development, and measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, organizational development or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, digital workplace, or Microsoft practices.
Experience leading managers, directors, and multi-discipline delivery teams with accountability for people and performance.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for multi-workstream engagements spanning collaboration, tenant migrations, identity, endpoint, security, adoption and change management.
Set unified direction for Digital Workplace, connecting collaboration, platform, and change management.
Grow Digital Workplace services revenue through repeatable offerings and strong client relationships.
