Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee blended Digital Operations and strategic delivery across government and commercial claims platforms. You will drive digitization initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and partner with IT, Compliance, Audit, and operations to deliver measurable value.

This role requires executive-level governance, portfolio management, and a proven ability to scale product-led delivery while managing budgets and resources across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years leading technology teams.
• Requires 7 years' management experience.

Responsibilities

• Aligns demand, roadmaps, capacity, and governance to deliver scalable solutions across Government and Commercial claims.
• Advances execution through disciplined intake, automation, configuration-first delivery, and strong product lifecycle management.
• Establish clear intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance so capacity is focused on high-value work.
• Improve delivery speed, first-pass quality, and throughput by reducing rework and avoidable handoffs.
• Strengthen product health, delivery readiness, risk visibility, and executive decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Compliance, Audit, WFM, and other stakeholders to enable sustainable outcomes.
