Job summary
Elevance Health seeks a senior leader to oversee blended digital and operations units across Government and Commercial claims. You will drive a product-led delivery model, align demand with capacity, and partner with IT, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure scalable, cost-efficient digitized services.
You will guide portfolio governance, manage a large team, and champion automation, analytics, and risk management while delivering superior member and provider experiences.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in IT, CS or related field with 8+ years leading technology teams.
- 7 years of management experience required.
- Health insurance industry experience preferred.
- Experience leading claims tech for Government and Commercial lines.
Responsibilities
- Aligns demand, roadmaps, capacity, and governance to deliver scalable solutions across Government and Commercial claims.
- Advances execution through intake, automation, and lifecycle ownership.
- Establishes intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance for high-value work.
- Improves delivery speed, quality, and throughput by reducing rework and handoffs.
- Leads strategic work streams and manages cost centers within Digital Operations.
