Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Director of Financial Operations to coordinate and manage key operational functions that support Payment Integrity Operations. The role provides leadership across operational, analytical, project, and technical areas to drive process excellence, improve workforce and inventory management, and align priorities with senior leadership.

The Director will partner with Payment Integrity Strategy, Product, and Digital teams to ensure readiness and successful end-to-end

Qualifications

Requires minimum of 8 years experience in operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations.
Minimum of 5 years management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Counsels senior management on enterprise-wide policies and strategies with operational insights.
Represents the company in legal matters as needed.
Develops and implements vision to maximize department effectiveness while controlling costs.
Ensures internal controls and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Leads cross-functional initiatives with partners across operations, data, technology and business areas.
