• Lead combined digital and operations unit(s) to deliver digitized service results across Government and Commercial claims.
• Oversee product-led delivery across claims technology platforms and enterprise delivery capabilities.
• Aligns demand, roadmaps, capacity, and governance to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish clear intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance to focus on high-value work.
• Improve delivery speed, quality, and throughput by reducing rework and handoffs.
