CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to lead authentication, profile management, and identity integrations for millions of customers across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail and emerging digital experiences.

You will partner with Product, Security, Architecture and Business teams to advance modernization, strengthen security, and deliver scalable identity solutions that drive enterprise growth and customer engagement.

Competenze

10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management, or related technology disciplines.
7+ years of people leadership experience, including leadership of engineering managers and senior managers.
5+ years of cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures, and platform engineering practices.
Strong understanding of CIAM, authentication, authorization, customer profile services, and identity security principles.
Experience managing budgets, vendor partnerships, workforce planning, and technology investment decisions.
Demonstrated success delivering critical technology platforms with accountability for availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve engineering productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations
Drive the evolution of identity capabilities toward a scalable, cloud-native, API-first architecture while ensuring secure, seamless, and reliable customer experiences
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies
Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive towards resolution
Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies
End-to-End Program Plan and timely tracking and reporting
Build and cultivate strong relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors to support the delivery roadmap
