Qualifications

10+ years in software/ Platform Engineering, CIAM or related technology disciplines.
7+ years of people leadership experience.
5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization, and identity security knowledge.
Proven budget, vendor, and technology investment management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-team engineering organization for authentication, profile management, and platform operations.
Advance scalable, cloud-native, API-first identity capabilities.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify risks and manage cross-workstream dependencies; deliver on milestones.
Define and track metrics to measure technical and business outcomes.
