Job summary

EAB seeks a Senior Director of Digital Marketing Strategy, Advancement to partner with business development teams as the SME in digital fundraising and Advancement marketing. The role focuses on capital and comprehensive campaigns, donor engagement, and differentiated digital strategies for partner institutions.

The position requires regular in-person presence two to three days weekly, with potential bases in Philadelphia, PA, Washington DC, or Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10+ years in digital marketing, fundraising strategy, or related field.
• 3+ years advising higher education Advancement organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic digital fundraising advisor to business development teams.
• Act as SME in digital fundraising, constituent engagement, and higher education Advancement.
• Translate institutional goals into differentiated digital marketing recommendations.
• Participate in discovery sessions, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Develop strategic recommendations using market research and campaign performance.
