Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8-10+ years in digital marketing, fundraising strategy, or related field.
• 3+ years advising higher education Advancement organizations.
• Ability to translate priorities into integrated digital engagement and fundraising strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and paid media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic digital fundraising advisor to business development teams.
• Translate institutional goals into differentiated digital marketing recommendations.
• Participate in discovery sessions, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Advise on digital fundraising strategies balancing goals, audience needs, and budget.
• Develop training, case studies, and strategic frameworks for internal use.
• Define and evolve EAB's point of view on digital fundraising and campaigns.
