EAB seeks a Senior Director of Digital Marketing Strategy, Advancement to partner with business development teams and lead digital fundraising and advancement marketing for higher education institutions.

This role shapes digital engagement strategies, guides capital and comprehensive campaigns, and influences product strategy while coordinating with analytics, creative, and delivery teams across the organization. Remote-friendly with in-person requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years in digital marketing, fundraising strategy, or related field.
• 3+ years advising higher education Advancement organizations on digital strategies.
• Ability to translate priorities into integrated digital engagement and fundraising plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital fundraising and advancement strategy across campaigns and donor journeys.
• Collaborate with BD, strategy, analytics, creative, and delivery teams to shape solutions.
• Advise senior leadership on market trends and campaign objectives.
• Develop presentations, case studies, and strategic frameworks for external audiences.
• Travel domestically approximately 15–20%.
