• Experience influencing senior executives and navigating global, cross-functional partnerships.
• Proven track record building and scaling teams, processes, and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic priorities with the Chief Design Officer and translate vision into measurable outcomes.
• Lead the Design Operations team with scalable processes and infrastructure for a global org.
• Collaborate across six international markets with design, product, tech, and business leaders.
• Support multidisciplinary design teams to improve collaboration and effectiveness.
• Strengthen Walmart’s external design presence and thought leadership.
• Position Walmart at the forefront of AI-powered shopping experiences.
