Walmart is seeking a Director of Business Strategy to lead the development and execution of organizational vision through market analysis and strategic planning. The role drives cross-functional initiatives, oversees change management, and champions continuous improvement to boost performance.

You'll align resources, manage KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies with integrity and a customer-centric focus across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate the organizational vision and strategic execution plans based on industry and market analysis.
• Define metrics to track performance and report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead change initiatives by managing project plans, assessing readiness, and ensuring timely adoption across the organization.
• Oversee process improvements by evaluating multiple projects and leveraging insights to enhance business results.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes.
• Analyze business objectives and forecasts to support resource planning and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce engagement to build a skilled and motivated team.
