Flagstar Bank is seeking an executive leader to own pricing, P&L management, forecasting, and the analytics agenda for the consumer deposit book in New York. This role shapes how deposits are priced, how growth translates to bottom-line performance, and how governance forums review rate decisions.

The candidate will stand up an operating model, build forecasting capabilities, and manage the teams responsible for pricing, forecasting, and analytics while partnering with Finance and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years in deposit pricing, treasury, or related finance.
• Experience leading pricing, P&L, forecasting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Owns deposit portfolio strategy, economics, and mix.
• Sets multi-year pricing direction to support growth and margin.
• Owns rate strategy, governance, and analytics for pricing.
• Manages P&L and forecasting for the consumer deposit portfolio.
• Leads attribution logic and reconciliation with Finance/Treasury.
• Directs data science and modeling for deposit behavior.
• Builds and leads a multi-disciplinary function across pricing, forecasting, analytics.
