Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Deposit Pricing and Analysis Manager to develop pricing actions for retail deposit products and services. You will monitor portfolio performance, market conditions, and competitive trends while partnering with leaders to balance profitability, growth, and customer retention.

You will design reports, forecast balances, and support pricing recommendations for governance committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten years of financial analysis and pricing experience.
• Three years of management experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting financial models.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing actions for senior leadership with data-driven analyses, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Designs, prepares, and analyzes reports to show pricing-related account and balance trends.
• Analyses balance trends, interest expense, and competition to support pricing decisions for the Deposit Rate Committee.
• Develops and analyzes pricing models for future fee and rate decisions.
• Prepares deposit balance forecasts to inform governance and budgeting processes.
• Maintains vendor relationships for competitive intelligence and models.
• Manages a small team of analysts.
