Job summary
Morgan Stanley is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to own the pricing framework, rate governance and profitability analysis for the corporate deposit book. You will partner with Treasury, Finance, Liquidity Risk, Sales and Product to grow balances in line with funding, margin and NII objectives in a senior leadership capacity.
You will build pricing capability, lead analytics and policy, and guide senior stakeholders through balance sheet trade-offs in a scalable way.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in deposit pricing, FTP, liquidity and ALM.
- 15+ years in deposit pricing or related areas.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and ALCO.
- Experience leading pricing or analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Set pricing strategy and framework for corporate deposits.
- Own rate governance, change protocols and documentation.
- Lead rate-setting forums in response to market moves.
- Develop profitability models: NII, margin and client economics.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance and Sales to drive balance growth.
