Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Deposit Pricing and Analysis Manager to develop pricing models and performance analyses for retail deposit products. You will monitor portfolio trends, customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to optimize pricing in support of the bank's strategic objectives.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of financial analysis and pricing experience, plus 3 years of management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten (10) years of experience in financial analysis and product pricing.
• Three (3) years of management experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting financial models used to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes, and recommends retail deposit pricing actions to senior leadership and governance committees, supported by data-driven analyses, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Designs, prepares, and analyzes reports to provide management with an understanding of account and balance trends relating to pricing changes (fees or rates).
• Analyzes balance trends, interest expense, and competition to prepare and support rate pricing recommendations and decisions for the Deposit Rate Committee.
• Develops and analyzes pricing models used to make future fee pricing recommendations and decisions.
• Prepares deposit balance forecasts to inform governance committees and the budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Maintains any vendor relationships for competitive intelligence, models, or other needs.
• Manages a small team of analysts.
