Refine Labs, a remote-first B2B marketing partner for mid-market and enterprise SaaS, is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation. You’ll partner with CMOs and senior marketing leaders to shape demand, content, RevOps, and product marketing programs that turn buyer signals into revenue.

• Extensive demand generation experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on paid media management in platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
• Experience managing large demand budgets upwards of $500K/month.
• Strong analytical skills using Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and ABM tools.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs to drive inbound pipeline and accelerated revenue.
• Collaborate on paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Review MAP/CRM setup and implement revenue-tracking improvements.
• Analyze data sources and provide spend recommendations to drive revenue impact.
• Be accountable for revenue and ROI, not just leads.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with internal demand-gen and creative teams.
