Job summary

CentralReach, LLC, based in Holmdel, NJ, seeks a Sr. Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations to own the pipeline engine and lead a four-person team. You will set demand strategy, manage a pipeline target, and work hands-on with agency partners while reporting to the CMO.

Responsibilities span full-funnel demand programs, Martech ownership (Pardot, CRM), analytics, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant demand-gen leadership.
• Proven track record delivering pipeline in SaaS or tech.
• Experience with private equity or growth-stage environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline target and demand strategy with CMO and Sales.
• Lead and grow a 4-person team (potential to expand).
• Run multi-channel demand programs across paid, SEO, email, events.
• Own the Martech stack, data, and reporting to measure funnel health.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Brand.
