Job summary

CentralReach, a leading ABA and healthcare software provider, seeks a Sr. Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations to own the pipeline engine and lead a four-person team.

You will set demand strategy, manage a pipeline target, and work hands-on with campaigns across paid, SEO, email, events, and partner channels. The role reports to the CMO in a hybrid setup, with offices in Holmdel, NJ and other locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech, healthcare preferred.
• Experience owning and delivering pipeline or marketing-sourced revenue.
• Leadership in growth-stage or PE-backed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline target and plan with CMO and Sales leadership.
• Lead a full-funnel demand engine across multi-channel programs.
• Build and optimize the marketing operating system and martech stack.
• Manage lead lifecycle: scoring, routing, nurture, data hygiene.
• Lead a team of four, with potential to grow, plus agency partners.
• Define KPIs and deliver performance reporting to executives.
