Job summary

nVent seeks a seasoned Delivery, Site & Service leader to drive multi-disciplinary field teams, coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales, and serve as a senior customer-facing leader from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty and lifecycle service.

You will build a centralized Delivery Site & Service organization for the Engineered Buildings line, establish workflows, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safe practices and strong

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or construction management.
5+ years of managing teams with proven leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with customer engagement experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop site and service teams across Engineered Buildings.
Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Sales from pre-site readiness to lifecycle service.
Maintain safe and compliant jobsite practices with subcontractors and crews.
Establish intake, prioritization, and dispatch processes for timely repairs.
Collaborate with carriers for transportation and with legal/risk for damage resolution.
Plan travel and accommodations for field service crews; manage BOM costs with Estimating/Engineering.
Work with Supply Chain on DS&S matters and recovery planning for incomplete shipments.
