Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain for the Air Dominance & Strike division in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead four core teams, define processes, and drive cost-efficient ramp while partnering with Engineering and executives to align strategic programs.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain, 5+ years in leadership, and the ability to travel up to 10% with an active US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-related role.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong communication with executive teams and potential customers.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and obtain/maintain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale four core Supply Chain teams: Strategic Sourcing, Product Sourcing Engineering, Procurement, and Supplier Industrialization Engineering.
• Define best-in-breed supply chain processes and ensure smooth hand-offs between functions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to consider supply chain early in design to reduce ramp risk.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies with Corp. Dev. and suppliers (contracts, JV, M&A, vertical integration).
• Regularly report supply chain performance to executives; monitor KPIs and mitigate risks.
