Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead sourcing engineering, procurement, material flow, inventory, and warehousing for the North Carolina Composites group. This senior role shapes strategies to enable rapid growth in defense programs and to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

You will build supplier relationships, negotiate complex terms, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, program management, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace/defense.
• Strong procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse ops.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements impacting cost/schedule/quality.
• Experience scaling supply chains during growth or ramp phases.
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Able to work onsite at our Morrisville, NC campus; travel up to 10%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead supplier relationships and performance management for quality, delivery, and cost.
• Negotiate complex terms to secure best pricing, terms, and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tradeoffs and drive improvements.
• Define KPIs and monitor supply chain health with regular reporting.
• Build and mentor a world-class supply chain team; hire top talent.
• Identify risks and mitigate disruptions to ensure continuity.
