Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa (Maneuver Dominance team) seeks a Supply Chain Lead to drive strategic supply network development and cost management for the Maneuver Dominance product portfolio across lifecycles. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and manufacturing to deliver high-tech solutions.

You will own supplier engagement, cost engineering, and BOM strategies, accelerating product development while optimizing lead times.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
Deep experience in design & development of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
Experience with advanced sourcing activities and supplier development.
Familiarity with high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct supplier selection for a specific product using our approved supplier list.
Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development (scope requirements, trade-offs, should-cost models, joint design, SBOM).
Drive development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM with Quality & Manufacturing.
Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and lead cost engineering to converge cost curves to product cost.
Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead times and flexibility; complete BOM risk assessments; ensure component qualifications.
