The role partners with engineering, program management, and manufacturing to scale strategic sourcing and supplier capability while optimizing performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Supplier Industrialization Engineering team to drive supplier manufacturing readiness from NPI through production.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent with coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Own the supplier industrialization process end-to-end: APQP, PPAP, FAI, and related milestones to ensure qualified, production-ready suppliers.
• Establish and maintain supplier quality standards and compliance with aerospace and defense.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance.
