Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director Business Development 2 to shape and execute the Weapon Systems Division’s growth strategy. You will lead capture activities, build senior customer relationships, and drive win strategies across major DoD programs and international pursuits.

You will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with program management and engineering, and ensure alignment with enterprise gates and standard processes while maintaining a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in business development, capture management, or program management in defense/aerospace
• Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and proposal development
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret SCI clearance
