You will align investments, roadmaps, and executive reviews to deliver measurable value and ROI in a complex, global environment.

You will drive standards, governance, and change management, partnering with cross-functional teams to realize performance targets and sustainable program outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years in Program Management.
• 3 years in clinical research, data management, or information management.
• Advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) with 10+ years in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the PM operating model to deliver at scale.
• Establish vendor strategy and governance with dashboards and reviews.
• Set learning and development agenda and champion change management for standards and tooling transformations.
• Define KPI/KQI strategy and publish executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Oversee PM budget and ROI tracking and manage investments for the PM organization.
• Build senior stakeholder networks and broker strategic partnerships across functions and external partners.
