• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 12 years' experience in Program Management (clinical research, data management, or information management preferred).
• Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate) with minimum of 10 years' experience in Program Management, preferable in clinical data/IT domains.
• 3 years needs to be in clinical research, data management, or Information management (or related discipline).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead PM operating model at scale across enterprise programs.
• Set learning and development agenda; drive change management for standards and tooling transformations.
• Own governance, executive reviews, and escalation ladders for assigned remit.
• Define KPI/KQI strategy and analytics; publish executive dashboards and drive benefit realization.
• Oversee budget and investment for the PM organization; advocate for ROI and prioritization.
• Build strategic partnerships and manage external collaborations to advance program objectives.
