Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 12 years in Program Management.
• Advanced degree (Masters/Doctorate) preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience in clinical data management or regulatory domains is valued.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year strategy, organization design, and governance models for enterprise-scale programs.
• Act as executive sponsor and strategic integrator, aligning investments, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Design and lead PM operating model including roles, communication pathways, and scaling patterns.
• Lead resource strategy with therapeutic area capacity leaders and supplier strategy.
• Establish vendor strategy and governance with dashboards and executive reviews.
• Set learning and development agenda and champion change management for standards.
