Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of data enablement and analytics strategies across therapeutic areas.
• Define analytics KPIs and dashboards to monitor data performance and operational efficiency.
• Translate analytical insights into strategic business decisions for executive leadership and governance boards.
• Oversee automated data and analytics pipelines, ensuring scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML and advanced visualization to improve analytical value.
• Lead and mentor analytics teams to foster innovation and collaboration.
