Job summary

MSD is seeking a Senior Director, Program Manager to lead information management initiatives across data flow, governance, and digital capabilities. You will shape multi-year strategy, operating models, and governance frameworks for large, enterprise-scale programs with executive sponsorship and cross-functional alignment.

You will oversee KPI/ROI analytics, budgets, and partnerships while driving adoption of standardized methods and new digital capabilities across global functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 12 years’ experience in Program Management, preferring clinical research, data management, or information management.
• 3 years needs to be in clinical research, data management, or information management (or related discipline).
• Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate) and minimum of 10 years’ experience in Program Management, preferring clinical research, data management, or information management (or related discipline).

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year strategy, organization design, and governance models for enterprise-scale programs and portfolios.
• Act as executive sponsor and strategic integrator, align investments, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Oversee PM operating model and capability build, including resource strategy and governance frameworks.
• Set learning and development agenda and champion change management for standards/tooling transformations.
• Define KPI/KQI strategy, analytics, and executive dashboards for decision-making and value realization.
• Oversee budget and investment for the PM organization; drive ROI tracking.
• Build strategic partnerships and represent the organization in external industry forums.
