Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Director of Digital Process & Data Analysis (M-track) to lead the Operational Reporting & Insights function at an organizational level. You will shape strategy, drive advanced reporting technology adoption, and mentor the team in a diverse, inclusive environment.

The role oversees portfolio analytics, governance, and change management while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BI solutions and improve time-to-insight across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience and 3 years people management experience.
• Advanced Degree with minimum 8 years in relevant field and 3 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the clinical/operational reporting strategy across products, roles, and geographies.
• Lead the roadmap and governance for solution delivery—owning requirements, data readiness, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Establish mechanisms to surface portfolio level trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver executive ready narratives and visualizations.
• Translate insights into portfolio level priorities and experiments; frame caveats and assumptions to align on risk and success criteria.
• Implement intake and prioritization framework for ad hoc analytics aligned to strategic priorities; ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Direct participation in industry benchmarking; synthesize insights into performance targets and investment decisions.
• Define and govern metrics and standards for consistent reporting; use adoption and value metrics to refine standards.
• Oversee enablement and change management for solutions; align refresh and data source priorities with business needs.
