Achieve Life Sciences is seeking a Director, Data Strategy and Operations to lead the commercial data foundation behind launch readiness, field execution, patient services, and executive decision-making. This individual will own the data roadmap, governance, and operating model in a lean, launch-stage environment.

You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, IT, and external vendors to design scalable data capabilities, oversee data acquisition and master data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with commercial data strategy or related roles.
• Direct experience building data capabilities for US pharma launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial data strategy aligned to launch readiness and brand objectives.
• Lead day-to-day data operations across partner ecosystem and data sources.
• Design and implement the commercial master data management program across HCP/HCO, payer, and claims data.
• Establish governance, metadata, privacy, and quality processes for compliant analytics.
• Develop analytics and reporting framework with KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, IT and vendors to scale data capabilities.
• Balance speed, scalability, and cost in a lean launch-stage environment.
