Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) invites applications for a Senior Director, Cooling & Chiller Systems, to lead strategy, design, and development of advanced cooling solutions for data center and energy management across North America.

This is a hybrid role based in Plano, Texas, reporting to the General Manager of DCEM America, with global collaboration. The ideal candidate has 17+ years in HVAC/thermal systems, 7+ years in leadership, and a proven track record building

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 17+ years in HVAC/cooling with 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with North American certification processes (UL/ETL/NRTL).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cooling systems strategy for DCEM America.
• Oversee design and integration of centrifugal chiller systems, MCP, and CDU units.
• Ensure NA regulatory compliance and product localization.
• Build and scale the NA engineering organization.
