Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) seeks a Senior Director of Cooling & Chiller Systems for its Plano, Texas location in a hybrid role.

You will lead strategy, design, and development of centrifugal chillers, MCPs, and CDU systems for North American markets, aligning with global MHI standards. The role requires 17+ years in HVAC/cooling with 7+ years in leadership, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Education: B.A. or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 17+ years in HVAC/cooling/thermal systems; 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with North American certification processes (UL, ETL, NRTL).
• Experience in data center cooling systems and modular cooling plants.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the cooling systems product strategy for DCEM America.
• Lead development of scalable cooling architectures for data center applications.
• Oversee system-level design, integration, and optimization of centrifugal chiller systems, MCP, CDU.
• Ensure compliance with North American regulatory requirements and certifications.
• Lead the engineering organization and cross-functional teams across regions.
